SOCIAL WALKING FOR SINGLE PEOPLE in Shropshires glorious hills and valleys

Talking, walking, good food and a range of activities to choose from, COMBINE to enable unattached people to enjoy country walking at its best-this holiday is designed for the single person.

On Friday evenings – we meet normally about 6.00pm – an evening stroll (in the summer) is followed by dinner and a get to know one another meeting. The details of the weekend are discussed and final arrangements made.

We walk between eight and ten miles a day and stop for a pub lunch along the way. Saturday evenings dinner is in the hotels restaurant.You will be free to travel home at about 5.00pm on Sunday.

When it is possible, we try to arrange Saturday evenings activities around local events.

Each weekends walking has a different theme that is only repeated next year in case you want to enjoy two or more weekends. Accommodation is normally at the Longmynd Hotel, all rooms en suite, supplemented by specially chosen walker friendly guest houses in Church Stretton. Where this is different our programme shows it.
