Whilst learning how to achieve a greater level of fitness, regardless of age or stamina, you will be walking with others amidst some of the most stunning views and walks in Derbyshire.
It’s great fun, and our qualified instructor will take you through the various stages to learn this special technique. At the end of the day, you can unwind and compare notes, in our lovely hotel with an excellent meal.
