For me it was also a great pleasure to meet you and Chris. Thank you again for a great time. Meeting my friends in London was also a great joy and, luckily, my trip back to Germany went smoothly (no delays or strikes). I’ve started reading Chris’ book and I’ll certainly soon try out the first recipes. I really appreciated the truly personal approach, starting with immediate replies to my emails during the booking process through to the actual experience itself. Very different to other organisers where you usually have to deal with call centres or the like. For me, another strong plus point is the fact that there is no surcharge for booking a single room. I’ve never come across this before.
