Those Yorkshire Dales – a magnificent holiday
We are proud to have completed our first holidays from the lovely village of Clapham in the Yorkshire Dales. We stayed at the New Inn- hearty food, lovely, comfortable rooms, a lively evening in front of roaring fires. All made for a good, social holiday.
The highlight was the ascent of one of the iconic Yorkshire Three Peaks, Ingleborough- a super weather day and a grand 10 miles hike. Views were outstanding
Crummock Dale, Ingleton waterfalls, Norber Erratic’s – all part of a five-day holiday to remember.
Of course, good weather helps when we are hiking the higher tops, and October’s warm days were unexpected but very welcome.
Now that we have completed the first one- we can arrange two each year.
