How to book – Europe

When booking a European holiday, you have been taken to our sister  website – www.europeanwalkingholidays.co.uk

Secret Hills Walking Holidays European tours are managed by our sister company Secret Hills Europe Limited for business and financial reasons, but managed by Secret Hills Walking management and administration. You will pay deposits and final payments through Secret Hills Europe Limited- see the link for European Tour Login when checking your reservation, and paying final balances.

Now go to Proceed Booking where you will be able to reserve and pay on line.

When booking a holiday, enter your user name and password- either as a current customer or as a new customer.

Payment is in two parts – you pay a deposit of 25%, payable when reserving your holiday place. You will receive an invoice for the holiday showing the deposit paid, and full amount to pay for the holiday. This acts as your confirmation.

The balance is due 56 days prior to the holiday start date. You will be sent a reminder.

If you book your holiday nearer the holiday start date than 56 days, then the full price of the holiday is immediately due- to secure your holiday place.

About three weeks prior to departure, we will send you holiday joining details, and details of the transfer from the airport to the appointed hotel we have arranged for you.

Once you arrive at your holiday destination

Secret Hills Europe Limited will organise all aspects of your holiday– including guiding, transport to walks start and provide you with an experienced tour guide. You make your own arrangements to get to the airport in the UK, we meet you at the airport you are flying to, and help you with your transfer to the appointed hotel.
