Many of you will know that we have collaborated with our colleagues at New Experience Holidays -for 16 years now. We have valued their expertise and professionalism in ensuring we delivered our European holidays effectively. but all good things come to an end.
Headwater Holidays have acquired New Experience Holidays. Our colleagues Matthew and Anna though are still with us-as part of Headwater staff now – to help us with holiday quotations and the administration of the ongoing European holidays
So – it is goodbye – and with our sincere appreciation – we could not have achieved what we have without you.
What does the acquisition mean for Secret Hills Walking Holidays.
In the short term, the previous New Experience team, but under the Headwater banner – will provide quotations and administration of our 2023 European guided walking holidays.
Firstly – we are confident that Headwater will continue to administer our holidays through their ATOL bonding. They have retained the New Experience staff who will administer your holiday as before. As you know ATOL and Abta bonding is absolutely vital to your holiday.
Secondly – Secret Hills Walking Holidays remains a separate and independent business. We market, sell, and provide guided walking leadership on our holidays in the destination you choose.
That will not change. We will be your point of contact when you join your holiday in the destination you have chosen
So, thanks old friends- we wish you all that you want for your retirement -and thank you very much.
